This motor kit includes the motor plate, permanently lubricated plug-in motor, and impeller with hardware for install. Our motor kits are interchangeable for our contractor series bath fans, making an upgrade to a 60 CFM model easy with the purchase of our NX70K motor kit.

For use only with our ceiling/wall exhaust bathroom fans. This motor kit is compatible with fan models NX503, NX503B, NX504, NX504B, NX703, NX703B, NX704, NX704B.
